RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At MX Source USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical parts and components
- Items that have been installed or used
- Special order or custom items
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Initiate a Return Email us at themxsource@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
